プライバシーポリシー
株式会社文溪堂（以下、「当社」といいます）は、学習教材の製造・販売・ＩＣＴ等の事業を行う企業として、個人情報を取得、利用、管理することがありますが、 個人情報の保護に関する法（以下、「個人情報保護法」といいます）等の法令及び当社策定に係る規程等を順守し、以下の方針に基づき個人情報を正確かつ安全に取り扱うことに努めます。
- 1、当社は個人情報を直接個人より取得する場合には利用目的を明示し、またはそれ以外の方法で適法に取得した場合には、 法令に基づく場合等を除き、本人の同意を得た範囲内で利用し、同意を得た範囲以外の第三者への提供・開示は行いません。
- 2、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等に対して、技術面及び組織面において合理的で適正な安全対策を講じます。
- 3、個人情報に対し、本人から開示、訂正もしくは削除、または利用もしくは提供の拒否を求められときは、社会通念や慣行に照らし、合理的な期間、妥当な範囲で応じます。
- 4、業務に従事する全ての者に対し、個人情報保護の重要性とその責を認識させることに努めます。
- 5、個人情報保護のコンプライアンス・プログラムについて必要に応じて見直し、改善します。

個人情報の取り扱いについて
株式会社文溪堂（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報保護法に基づき、当社が取得、保有する個人情報の利用の目的、取り扱い等について以下の事項を公表いたします。
１．個人情報の利用目的
お客様の個人情報は、下記の目的のみに利用するものとし、それ以外の目的で利用する場合や、利用目的を変更する場合は、お客様にお知らせいたします。

２．個人情報の管理
当社は、個人情報に関する法令、規範及び社内諸規程に則り適正に管理します。また、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等について適切かつ合理的な安全対策を講じます。
３．個人情報の第三者への提供
当社は、保有する個人データを適切に管理し、事前に本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、以下の場合は除きます。
- ・利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において外部委託した場合
- ・法令に基づく場合
- ・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
- ・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
- ・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要があるとき。
４.Google Calendar APIの利用について
当社サービスの一部では、Google Calendar API(scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar )を利用する場合があります。
この場合、当社は、サービス利用者のGoogleカレンダー上の情報について、以下の操作を行うことができます。
- ・利用者のGoogle Calendarのリソース情報の取得
- ・アプリケーションで作成した予定をGoogle Calendarに登録する
- ・利用者のGoogle Calendarの予定を削除する
- ・アプリケーションで変更した予定をGoogle Calendarに反映する
上記の用途以外では利用しません。
Googleカレンダー連携の利用は、サービス上でお客様が同意した場合に限ります。
取得したGoogleカレンダーの情報について、上記プライバシーポリシー及びサービスの利用規約に則り適切に管理・利用いたします。

Privacy Policy
The ceremony company Bunkeido (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") may acquire, use, and manage personal information as a company engaged in the manufacture, sale, ICT, etc. of learning materials, but regarding the protection of personal information. Handling of personal information
Bunkeido Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces the following matters regarding the purpose and handling of personal information acquired and held by the Company based on the Personal Information Protection Law.
1. Purpose of use of personal information
Your personal information shall be used only for the following purposes, and we will notify you if you use it for any other purpose or if you change the purpose of use.

We will properly manage the personal data we hold and will not provide it to a third party without the prior consent of the individual. However, the following cases are excluded.
- ・When outsourced to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- ・When required by law
- ・When it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
- ・When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
- ・When it is necessary for a national institution or a local public body or a person entrusted with it to cooperate in carrying out the affairs stipulated by laws and regulations.
4. About using Google Calendar API
Some of our services may use the Google Calendar API (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar).
In this case, we can perform the following operations on the information on the service user's Google calendar.
- ・Acquisition of user's Google Calendar resource information
- ・Register the schedule created by the application in Google Calendar
- ・Delete the user's Google Calendar schedule
- ・Reflect the schedule changed by the application in Google Calendar
It will not be used for purposes other than the above.
The use of Google Calendar linkage is limited to the customer's consent on the service.
We will properly manage and use the acquired Google Calendar information in accordance with the above privacy policy and terms of service.
